Welcome to the Alpha Leadership Association!
The central idea behind the Alpha Leadership Association emerged from recognising the development needs of the younger generation—needs that differ from what the traditional education system provides.
All the project initiators reached this conclusion independently, and it became the catalyst for founding the Alpha Leadership Association.
At the Alpha Leadership Association, we aim to help young people become authentic leaders from an early age. In difficult circumstances shaped by fear, suspicion or poverty, many people with leadership potential remain undiscovered. In positive environments built on trust, challenge and mentoring, however, entire generations of leaders can create prosperous, abundant communities.
The Alpha Leadership Association therefore creates this supportive environment, giving young people the opportunity to exercise their full potential as authentic leaders.

We want to nurture young leaders into mature leaders who help society develop through authentic principles and embrace their role as models for others.

Heart means bringing courage, perseverance and care to your personal mission, especially when the path gets hard. It matters because purpose needs inner strength: heart turns commitment into steady action and inspires others to keep going.
Alignment
consider others and contribute to society’s development
Alignment means pursuing your mission without losing sight of other people or the common good. It matters because it brings values, decisions and actions together, so personal success also contributes to society’s progress.
