Founding member
A leadership educator, author and speaker, Andy has spent nearly three decades creating settings in which people can develop clarity, communication and leadership. At Asociația Alpha Leadership, he contributes to intensive programmes, events and mentoring experiences.
Founding member
A coach and facilitator, Roxana works at the intersection of leadership, personal development and relationships. Her experience in medicine, sales, marketing and entrepreneurship supports a practical, people-centred approach focused on changes that can be applied in everyday life.
