Our mission

Authentic leadership for a better society.

The Alpha Leadership Association identifies, develops and supports leaders among young people — pupils and students — so they can become adults involved in society’s development through authentic principles.

We put this mission into practice through educational programmes, leadership study scholarships, training, mentoring and participation in conferences or forums.

Who we work for

  1. 01

Pupils and students developing autonomy, communication and initiative.

  2. 02

Young people who need learning, mentoring and trust-based settings in which to practise their potential.

  3. 03

Communities that benefit from responsible leaders focused on collaboration and the common good.

How we work

Public roles, without ambiguity.

The Association describes its own activities separately from contributions made alongside other organizations.

On the Activity page, every published event states the exact role of the Association and of each named organization, together with the verification source and date. Activities without complete attribution are not published.
